The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Studio Edition is another version of the new, further developed Fellow Stagg EKG Pro. As with the Fellow Stagg EKG, you can easily adjust the water temperature using a rotary knob. This is now also equipped with a high-resolution color display that gives you access to the function menu. For example, you can set the kettle to reach a certain temperature at a certain time or specify how long the water should be kept warm. You can also always install the latest updates for your kettle via WiFi using the Fellow Updater app. In contrast to the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro, the base of the Studio Edition is not made of plastic, but of metal and glass.

Adjustable functions:

• Schedule: Set the kettle to reach a specific temperature at a specific time
• Guide mode: Choose a preset temperature for different types of coffee and tea
• Altitude: Simply set the altitude for your location to prevent boiling over
• Adjustable keep warm mode: Keep the water hot for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes
• Sounds + Volume: Turn the sounds for the kettle on or off and determine how loud they should be
• Units: Choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius
• Pre-boil: Boil at maximum temperature to disinfect the water before it cools to your target temperature
• Language: Choose between English, French and Spanish
• Clock: Choose analog or digital
• WiFi: Get the latest firmware via WiFi updates with the Fellow Updater app. However, you cannot currently control your kettle or its settings via the Fellow Updater app
