The Sibarist FAST paper filter allows for shorter extraction times, 15-40% faster than conventional filters. This prevents the filter from clogging, ensuring the best brewing results. With greater control over the extraction time, you can experiment a bit with your coffee preparation and achieve completely new flavors. The Sibarist FAST also allows you to use finer grinds, such as those used in the AeroPress. Unlike other paper filters, this filter leaves no paper taste in your coffee cup. Your coffee will have a full-bodied, intense flavor.
The Sibarist paper filter is made from 100% organic materials. It consists of organic abaca and cellulose fibers. To optimally protect these delicate fibers from moisture, the Sibarist comes in high-quality, sealed packaging. The bag can be resealed with a practical zipper after removing a filter. This ensures optimal preservation of the filters and protects them from dust and odors.
