The Sibarist FAST filters are also made from 100% organic materials directly in Barcelona. They are made from organic abaca and cellulose fibers, which makes the Sibarist filters feel significantly thinner than the Hario filters. Thanks to the practical zipper, the bag with the Sibarist FAST filters can be hermetically sealed again after removal, so that no foreign aromas get into the filters.

What different Sibarist FAST filters are there?

Like all other filter papers, the Sibarist FAST filters are of course available in different sizes. At Sibarist, these are divided into S (1-2 cups) and M (1-4 cups).

In addition to the sizes, the Sibarist Fast is also available in two different shapes. There is the Sibarist FAST Cone and the Sibarist FAST Flat. The Sibarist FAST Cone is suitable for all cone-shaped drippers, such as the Hario V60. In addition to the standard sizes, the Sibarist FAST Cone is available in size XL for the classic Chemex and the Hario V60 size 03. The Sibarist FAST Flat, on the other hand, has a flat filter bed and can be used in the Kalita 185 drippers.
