With the Encore ESP Pro, Baratza is launching another upgrade to its popular Encore series – specifically for those who know that the right grind makes all the difference. Instead of fixed click settings, the ESP Pro offers a stepless grind adjustment system, allowing you to precisely set your perfect grind – whether for finely tuned espresso or the classic pour-over method.

Thanks to the removable flow-control disc, which carefully regulates the flow of beans to the grinder, consistent grind quality is ensured across the entire dose. A digital display makes it easy to precisely adjust the grind size, dosing method, and grinding time – even early in the morning when you're in a hurry.

With the Baratza Encore ESP Pro, you have the choice between Single Dose mode, which stops automatically as soon as the bean hopper is empty, and Timer mode, which ends after a preset time. Both modes are compatible with the included lid for single dosing and the lockable bean hopper – for maximum flexibility and convenience in your everyday coffee routine.
