The item you ordered doesn't meet your expectations, or you ordered the wrong item? No problem. Within the scope of your right of withdrawal, you can return your order, or parts of it, to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

How do I return items?

So that we can process your request as quickly as possible, please proceed as follows:

1. Register return

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to return it to us under your right of withdrawal, please send us a short message with your request by email or using the contact form. We will then send you all further information.

2. Pack returned items

Please fill out our return form and, if possible, include it with your return shipment. Ensure that your return shipment is adequately packaged and use a suitable shipping box. If possible, please do not use the original packaging of the item for shipping, but rather a suitable shipping box.

3. Send the package for shipping

Hand over your return to a shipping company.

After receiving and inspecting the goods in our warehouse, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. This process may take up to 14 days.
