Is delivery to a parcel shop or packing station possible?

Yes, delivery to DHL Packetshops and Packstations is possible! So that we can ship your order as quickly as possible, please note the following points when specifying the delivery address:

1. Create a DHL customer account

A prerequisite for shipping to parcel shops is having a DHL customer account. For shipments to a Packstation, the "Packstation service" must also be activated.

2. Enter postal code

You can find your postal code in your DHL customer account under the "Personal Information" tab. Enter it in the "Address Information" field when placing your order.

3. Provide Packstation/Parcelshop number

During checkout, when asked for the delivery address, enter "Post Office" or "Packstation" instead of a street name.

Enter the parcel shop or Packstation number in the "House number" field and add further information such as the postal code and the location of the parcel shop/Packstation.
