    Coffee tradition since 1901

    Our Brazilian filter coffee comes from the Andrade family, who have been cultivating premium coffee for over a century. It grows on the Capim Branco and São Silvestre farms. The plantations are located on a high plateau in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais – with a stable climate and mineral-rich soils that provide ideal conditions for the coffee plants.

    Sweetness through sun drying

    After harvesting, the coffee is sun-dried in the cherry—a completely natural process known as the "natural" process. This results in a fine, smooth cup with notes of milk chocolate and a pleasant sweetness typical of this processing method.

    Best conditions in the highlands

    The Yellow Icatu and Red Catuai varieties grow on mineral-rich soils at altitudes of 800 to 1,050 meters. The stable climate of the Cerrado region creates ideal conditions for excellent Arabica—awarded, among other things, by the "Cup of Excellence."
