You can simply place the Rhinowares Accutemp Milk Thermometer on the outside of your milk pitcher. When frothing the milk, it shows you when the desired temperature has been reached. The liquid crystals inside change from green to black when the indicated temperature is reached. The thermometer should be placed as low as possible on the jug and within your field of vision. It is dishwasher safe, however cleaning with warm soapy water and a cloth is recommended. In order to increase or maintain the service life and accuracy, the thermometer should not be cleaned with water over 80°C.
