Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Inland delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland , Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €4.90 per order.

From an order value of €39.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate as follows:

European countries (selected countries): 13.99€
From an order value of 350.00 € we deliver free of charge to other European countries.

Note: Customers who order in Switzerland or Great Britain are responsible for paying any import duties or fees (e.g. as specified by DHL) themselves.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 4 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest en delivery time you have ordered.
