How to make the perfect milk foam with the Subminimal NanoFoamer

Whether it's a cappuccino, latte macchiato, flat white, or café au lait: to enjoy these creations first thing in the morning, you need fluffy milk foam. Fortunately, even beginners can achieve this with the Subminimal NanoFoamer – as long as you follow a few tips. Depending on your preference, choose the NanoScreen for normal, fine, or super fine foam. Now pour milk into your milk jug and heat it to 55-65°C – if the milk is too hot, it won't froth as well. You can check the temperature quickly and easily with the Subminimal Contactless Thermometer . If you use the FlowTip Milk Jug from Subminimal, you can also use it directly on electric and gas stoves. Once the milk has reached the desired temperature, it's ready to be frothed. Start with the milk frother in the center to allow air to get into the foam, then move the foamer to the side to achieve an even mixture. After about 20 seconds, the microfoam is ready. Don't let the container sit still; instead, make circular movements and swirl the milk gently. Large bubbles on the surface can be removed by tapping it lightly against the table. Hold the cup with the finished espresso, tilt it slightly, and pour the milk foam into it in a thin, steady stream. If you're already experienced, you can also try your first latte art.
