The CAFEC Arita Trapezoid Dripper is designed for those seeking maximum control and a fuller flavor experience when brewing. The oval shape creates a deeper filter bed inside, producing coffee with more body and a pleasantly velvety texture.

Unlike traditional conical shapes, the more complex water flow in the trapezoidal dripper allows you to precisely adjust the flow—perfect if you want to extract your coffee exactly to your taste. The specially designed ribs prevent over-extraction at the bottom while promoting an even flow. Depending on the size of the dripper (101 or 102), one or two bottom holes are integrated to ensure optimal water flow at all times. The high ribs also create a stable air layer between the filter paper and the dripper.
