SIMPLIFY the Brewer hand filter - Made in Japan

With SIMPLIFY the Brewer you can easily prepare good coffee without a lot of accessories and special brewing technology. It is suitable for beginners and demanding home baristas as well as for professional baristas. With the filter you can brew 1-2 cups of coffee in no time. The TROGAMID® CX plastic used is BPA-free and keeps the temperature constant during the brewing process.

Recommended Recipe:

1. Insert a paper filter into the SIMPLIFY and rinse the filter with hot water. The manufacturer recommends the Kalita Wave 185 paper filter.
   
2. Start pouring water into the center of about 15g of ground coffee (without circular motions).
3. Pour approximately 230g of water into the center of the filter for 30 seconds.
4. Wait 60-90 seconds for all water to drain from the filter.
5. Serve coffee and enjoy!
