The Baratza Vario-W makes it easy to prepare the perfect cup of coffee. The weight-controlled grinding makes the Vario-W a particularly precise grinder. It has all the properties of the Baratza Vario, such as B. the macro/micro setting and the ceramic disc grinder. In contrast to the Vario, however, the Vario-W grinds on the basis of weight and not time. Both models find their place in the kitchen at home as well as in the office or in the café.

The Vario-W was originally developed for use in a café so that the beans do not have to be manually weighed before preparation. With the integrated, precise load cell, the Vario-W can weigh coffee and espresso beans with an accuracy of 0.1 g. The Baratza Vario-W has 230 grind settings, which can be selected thanks to the practical macro/micro controls. In this way, the degree of grinding can be optimally adjusted to coffee specialties from espresso to French press. In addition to an intuitively operated LED display, the Vario-W has three easily programmable buttons for repeatable grinding at the touch of a button.
