A coffee pot is a must in any good kitchen. Whether it's a thermos flask or a simple glass pot - with a coffee pot you can serve your freshly brewed coffee in style. FAQs
How do I find the right coffee pot for my needs?
If you are looking for a thermos flask, you should first and foremost make sure that you can keep your hot drink warm in it for the desired time. A good thermos flask is double-walled for optimal insulation and has a practical pouring lid. In addition, the handle of the flask should fit comfortably in your hand when pouring. Another purchase criterion for both thermos flasks and glass flasks is the capacity. Of course, this depends on how much coffee you regularly make. If you want to brew more than one cup of filter coffee by hand, we recommend a glass coffee server. After preparing the coffee, you can serve it in a particularly stylish way thanks to the glass flask. You can choose from different designs and shapes for the coffee flasks, so there is sure to be one that suits your taste.
How do I clean the inside of a coffee pot?
To avoid affecting the taste, you should clean your pot regularly. This is the only way to prevent unsightly coffee and limescale deposits on the inside. Some models can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher and are therefore particularly easy to care for. If this is not the case with your product, you must clean it by hand. You can use various household products here, such as lemon, baking powder, baking soda, vinegar or denture cleaner. Simply put one of the products mentioned in the pot and leave it to work for several hours. Then rinse thoroughly and your pot should be free of deposits. When cleaning your pot, follow the instructions provided by the respective manufacturer.
Can I clean my coffee pot in the dishwasher?
Whether your jug can be put in the dishwasher depends on the model. For example, if you have a jug made of glass or porcelain, you can usually clean it in the dishwasher. If, however, you have a thermos flask at home, it must not be put in the dishwasher and should only be washed by hand.
Before cleaning your pot, follow the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations.
