The Baratza Vario+ is the perfect electric coffee grinder for the office, café or home kitchen. Like the previous model, the Baratza Vario, it is equipped with a macro and micro regulator and offers a total of 220 fine grind settings. The macro controller is divided into 10 different levels, each of which can be set in 20 sub-levels with the micro controller. This is how you can use the Vario+ to grind the coffee for different types of preparation.

The grinder features a 230g bean hopper that can be removed while there are still beans inside, allowing for easy bean changes. For even better and fresher grinding results, the Vario+ minimizes the amount of ground coffee that remains in the grinder. Two LED lights make it possible to check the grounds container or portafilter.

The grinder is also equipped with an easy-to-read LCD display, a timer function and three programmable buttons for quick operation.

The ceramic disc grinder ensures the best grinding results and stays sharp twice as long as conventional steel grinders. The ceramic discs can be easily removed without tools, making cleaning the grinder simple and easy.
