What is special about our Ethiopia filter coffee

Ethiopia - The Cradle of Humanity

Ethiopia is the country of origin of coffee and the great Arabica coffee tree. Our ETHIOPIA Single Origin is grown in the Yirgacheffee region and is planted and cultivated by small farmers whose coffee gardens are no larger than one hectare.

Tough conditions for coffee cultivation

The families who grow coffee work and live in simple conditions - without electricity or running water. The coffee cherries are also usually transported on foot over many kilometers to be inspected and processed further.

Floral pleasure experience

Our ETHIOPIA filter coffee has a floral acidity and the taste is reminiscent of mocha flavour - rounded off with notes of berries and bergamot. All in all, a harmonious taste with floral and complex nuances of Ethiopian coffee.
