It depends on the correct dosage of water
The Buono kettle from Hario, the Japanese specialist manufacturer of coffee accessories, is designed to meet the highest demands. The long, curved spout, also known as the swan neck, allows precise, controlled pouring.
The ergonomic handle offers a firm hold and, thanks to the plastic coating, effective heat protection. The Hario V60 Buono is therefore ideal for preparing an aromatic brewed coffee, the modern version 2.0 of filter coffee.
How to prepare the infusion of a brewed coffee
The Hario V60 stainless steel kettle Buono 1.2 l is suitable for all types of stoves. Of course, you can also fill it with hot water from the electric kettle. The ideal water temperature for hand-brewed filter coffee is 92 to 95 °C. Before preparation, rinse the paper filter in the porcelain attachment once with hot water from the Hario V60 Buono while it is idling without ground coffee. This will remove the paper taste from the filter.
What matters when pouring water
The brewing takes place gradually in small quantities, so that the flavors of the ground coffee can develop optimally. Through the filigree spout of the Hario V60 Buono, pour small amounts of water over the edge of the filter in a circular motion to avoid the typical formation of a crater.
