The Fellow Atmos Canister prevents coffee oxidation and even extends its shelf life by up to 50%.

To close the vacuum storage container, simply turn the lid until a green light appears on the display. No additional pumping or anything else is necessary. To reopen the Atmos Canister, simply press the button on the lid, and normal pressure will be restored.
The airtight silicone seal prevents air, moisture, and other kitchen odors from entering. This storage container is also ideal for storing loose leaf teas, nuts, cereal, cookies, or candy.

Note: Ground coffee, flour, etc., should not be stored in the Atmos Canister, as these could clog the vacuum lid and prevent it from locking properly. Do not store upside down.

It is recommended to turn the lid every 4-5 days to maintain the vacuum seal.
