The item you ordered does not meet your expectations or you ordered the wrong item? No problem. As part of your right of withdrawal, you can return your order or parts of your order to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
We will cover the costs of return within Germany if the return label provided by us is used. If the return label provided by us is not used, the sender will cover the costs of return.
In the event of a return from a country other than Germany, customers will bear the direct costs of the return themselves.

How do I return items?
So that we can process your request as quickly as possible, please proceed as follows:
1. Register return
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to return it to us within the scope of your right of withdrawal, you can request a return for the desired item(s) in your order overview. We can then check your return and send you all further information and a free return label.
Alternatively, please contact us before returning the item by sending us a short message with your request using the contact form . We will then send you all further information and a free return label.
2. Pack returned items
Please fill out our returns form and, if possible, enclose it with your return. Pack your item(s) well and stick the printed return label on your package or go to a branch with your package and the QR code. Make sure your return is adequately packaged and use a suitable shipping box. If possible, please do not use the item's original packaging for shipping, but rather a suitable shipping box.
3. Send the package for shipping
Hand over your return to the shipping company indicated on the return label.
After receiving and inspecting the goods in our warehouse, we will refund the amount to be refunded to the payment method you selected at the time of purchase. This process can take up to 14 days.
