    The 30 AP is the latest grinder in the Baratza Sette series and is a perfect solution if you are looking for an entry-level grinder with a good price-performance ratio.
    Specially developed for everyone who values ​​an even and high-quality espresso grind at home. Based on a new manufacturer technology, the mechanism features the rotating outer burr and the fixed inner burr. It doubles the efficiency and similarity of the particles, which directly leads to higher coffee extraction.

    Around Sette 30 AP
    
The Sette has been designed for a maximum of 1kg per day at a 10% espresso duty cycle. In addition, a maximum of 150 grams of coffee can be ground at once for pour-over brewing processes. There should be a break of at least 1 minute between each grinding cycle
    

    

    Grinder
    
The 40mm cone grinder grinds 3.5-5.5 gr. Regrind (depending on degree of grinding) per second. According to the manufacturer, the grinder lasts for many years with optimal use. Cleaning is very easy due to the effortless installation and removal of the grinder. In addition, it is compatible with the BG grinder (Brew Grind).

Sette 30 AP has a macro setting with 30 grind levels. A wide range of grind options allows you to prepare everything from espresso to hand brewing methods such as hand filter and dripper, Aeropress or Chemex.

    The Sette 30 features a simple front panel with an easy-to-read backlit LED display. The user manually sets the grind time to 0.1 seconds. Simply press the start button and the Sette automatically doses precisely.
